How to sign up for SMS Notifications

Want updates on your phone? On yourĀ order status page, click the opt-in button to get SMS notifications.

If there's an Issue your delivery, we can help. The most common issues we are aware of are:

  • Shipped orders that are haven't been delivered: If your item has shipped but hasn't arrived, check your order status page. If there are no updates in 5 business days, contact our Customer Care team via theĀ chat below.
  • Delivered but you don't have it: If it says delivered but you haven't received it, pleaseĀ use the chat belowĀ to reach our Customer Care team. We're here to help!
