If you're ready to write your own, here are a few pointers to create the best FAQs:
- Make the title intuitive. Think like your customer. Use straightforward language they would use when searching.
- Identify the use case and create an overview video. Offer a quick video explaining the solution being offered, highlighting important steps. It's a great starting point. We like Loom for our videos.
- Know the Requirements and Exceptions. Make sure customers know any rules or exceptions upfront to save time and avoid confusion. Provide the Steps to self-serve. Break down the process into easy steps. We recommend Scribe.
- Tell the customer how to get in touch: Ensure customers know how to reach you for support in the way that suits them and you.
